For the new Spring/Summer 2015 collection, ELIE SAAB brings an aquatic world to life with different shades of blue evoking the Amalfi coast, the salty taste of summers spent on its shores and sleek luxury yachts gliding across the sea. While the Lebanese couturier invites every woman to experience a ray of sunshine and the feeling of being “elsewhere”, spring invades the ELIE SAAB fragrance collection with a new limited edition fragrance: ELIE SAAB Le Parfum, Resort Collection 2015. Light and sea as a couture inspiration.

Top notes: a gourmand radiance     

The Fig is transformed into a silky accord capturing the smoothness of the fruit's bluish skin and revealing an extraordinary roundness. Its lusciousness is emphasized by the superb Mandarin essential oil, bursting with delicious flavours. The tart sweetness of these notes provides the perfect introduction for Orange Blossom, the iconic scent of the ELIE SAAB Le Parfum collection.

Heart notes: all the allure of an ELIE SAAB collection     

Faceted like a precious stone, Orange Blossom dazzles like a sprinkling of petals warmed by the sun. The splendour of white Jasmine adds a touch of colour while the voluptuous Frangipani flower offers its exotic accents, bringing this new composition to life with radiant sensuality.

Base notes: addiction     

Tapered like the bow of a yacht, the sillage emerges from an addictive Amber accord spiced up by the sophistication of a warm and rounded Cedar. Beaming like a ray of light, it reveals the sweet delicacy of the fragrance.

The perfumer Francis Kurkdjian has modeled the composition of the new fragrance on the sea's golden reflections and beaches bathed in sunshine: floral, solar and fruity, this new olfactory creation is bursting with sensuality and indulgence, distilling an irresistible elegance. “The fragrance is released in waves like a warm gentle breeze caressing the face of a woman who stands on the deck of her yacht wearing a stunning long dress in a shade of blue that is reminiscent of the sea. Like the Spring/Summer Couture collection, the new bottle mirrors the changing reflections of sunlight on the surface of water, taking you on a journey across azure oceans thanks to an infinite range of captivating shades of blue: a chic and glamorous escape offering you a wonderful taste of freedom and renewal.

In perfect harmony with ELIE SAAB Couture, the Resort Collection case follows the same codes as ELIE SAAB's signature silhouette emphasized by a narrow belt. The strip of light on the case alternates between various shades of blue reminiscent of the colour of the Mediterranean sea – azure, aquamarine, turquoise and lapis lazuli – accented with delicate gold. Facetted like a blue sapphire, the bottle, unveils the fragrance like a promise of a new gourmand and luminous sensuality.
